Region Tracks

• The idea is to use empty items or regular items to define regions. You can have several tracks for different sets of regions/markers. Then you toggle ON/OFF the regions or markers  of the tracks easily. 
• Another advantage of using items is to be able to move or adjust several regions at once, by only moving all the affected items.
