We are living historic and stressful times. I am hoping most of us will be able to say one day "I survived the COVID-19 pandemic". We all know how difficult is to stop touching our faces even when we know we have to stop doing it. Or washing our hands constantly, etc We must quickly adapt our minds.
This free script can help to reprogram your brain by displaying random subliminal messages on screen at random intervals, on top of the REAPER window or in a docked or floating small window somewhere.
I know this script is not the ultimate solution for the virus crisis. Of course. But the truth is that right now, we don't have all the weapons available against it. Vaccines can take a year or more, antiviral drugs are not yet there. But we have one weapon. The recommendations for physical distancing, hygiene, etc, if this script can help just one tiny bit to reminds us about this powerful weapon we have, it would have been worth it.
After installing the script from the HeDaScripts Manager, you will have two actions (filter them by typing "subliminal")
one is for the main script that runs in the background displaying the messages. The other is for changing some settings, like the time interval, the list of messages etc.
List of messages: You can customize your own sentences by copying the msg file into your Subliminal settings folder and add or remove sentences in them with a text editor.
Also included a spanish translation file. (if you make another language translation it would be nice if you can post it here so I can include it in the default installation)
